You can use the site to pay bills, make enrollment changes, and check important announcements. We have also introduced an EmployerAccess app for your smartphone or tablet so you can manage your account wherever your day takes you. The site and app work seamlessly together. If you have registered with EmployerAccess online, you can use the same login information on the app. You can register with or explore EmployerAccess below.

Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC)

At our SBC portal, you can easily view, download, and save your Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) to share with your employees. Employers are responsible for providing a copy to plan participants and beneficiaries.

1 Visit SBC Posting Site.

2 To view your SBC, enter your plan's contract code, your state and confirm the coverage effective date.

Select Search.

3 Confirm your Search Results, then view or download the SBC by selecting an icon in the "Actions" section. Once you download and save the SBC PDF, you can share it with your employees.
